Sycamore Titans Travel Program (Sycamore Titans) is a part of the Sycamore Youth Baseball organization.  Sycamore Titans is a competitive baseball program that participates in the WSBL, as well as other competitive tournaments.  Playing for the Sycamore Titans means the athlete is committed to the Sycamore Titans Program and will not participate in any other baseball program during the season.

The goal of the Sycamore Titans program is to: 

• Create an environment that will allow players to realize their capabilities as baseball players

•  Develop confidence, self-esteem and poise as athletes;

•  Have players understand that their achievements are a direct result of their efforts;

• Cultivate lifelong friends amongst their teammates; 

• Develop Better Athletes, Better People by teaching life lessons through youth sports by subscribing to the Double-Goal Coaching Methodology as defined by Positive Coaching Alliance;

• Support each other in all situations on and off the field; and,

• Understand that sportsmanship, not showmanship is the major ingredient in playing with class.
